Cortecx ("we", "us") provides AI voice agent services to commercial businesses. For this website we are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact: hello@cortecxai.com.
This website collects only what you submit through the "Book a demo" and "Request a call" forms: your name, company, email address, phone number, trade, approximate call volume, preferred call-back time and any message you choose to add.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you have asked us to respond to, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-forwarding service acting on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for consent where required.
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of follow-up, then delete them.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict our use of it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise these rights, email hello@cortecxai.com.
When Cortecx answers calls on behalf of a customer business, the customer is responsible for how their callers' data is used, and we process it under their instructions. Customers receive further information about call handling, recording and data retention as part of onboarding.
